Prenatal massage is a safe and effective way for pregnant people to alleviate physical discomfort and promote relaxation and well-being during pregnancy. This specialized massage is similar to a regular massage but is tailored to meet the unique medical needs of those who are expecting.

Please note that prenatal massages cannot be given during the 1st Trimester.

Our trained prenatal massage therapists understand the changes that occur in the body during pregnancy and are able to customize their techniques accordingly. They, specifically, are trained to work with the differences in pregnant bodies. 

It is important to note that there are certain precautions that should be taken when receiving prenatal massage. Massage therapists trained in prenatal massage will know which techniques and areas to avoid, as well as how to adjust their pressure and positioning to ensure the safety and comfort of the client and baby.

Prenatal massage is generally safe throughout all stages of pregnancy, but it is always recommended to consult with your healthcare provider before scheduling a session. In some cases, prenatal massage may not be recommended, such as in high-risk pregnancies or in cases of certain medical conditions.
