Izzy Begej (LMBT #14799) graduated from Kneaded Energy School of Massage located in Greensboro, NC in 2018.

After a thorough intake, Izzy makes sure your sessions are tailored to your needs. Izzy offers the range from Lympayhtic Massage and very light pressure to deep tissue. When needed, they incorporate tools (cupping & IASTM "scraping") and also uses stretching to promote healing. Izzy has a focus with the athletic community, along with folks living with chronic pain or degenerative diseases, acute injuries, or anyone looking for a methodical and thoughtful treatment plan.

Izzy loves spending their time exploring coffee shops, being outdoors, running & walking, listening to audio books, and power lifting. They have been in Durham for almost a decade and love it.
