Hello my name is Takayla Howard Massage Therapist & Esthetician serving the Raleigh-Durham area.
I’m a graduate of Gwinnett College 2020. I believe that each body is the unique and requires different needs. I like to create customized sessions based on the client concerns and the body's needs, taking my time to warm up the muscle tissue using a variety of techniques varying from Swedish, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point, Decompression Therapy, Sports Massage, Reflexology and more. Even though I’m paying attention to the body responses, I still like to communicate with the client verbally so that I can make sure I'm getting the most accurate understanding while also making sure they’re comfortable and aware of each step of the process. I will give little-to-extensive home self care cause even though I'm here to help promote general wellness, wellness starts and ends with you!
