Christine Link is a skin therapist specializing in facials, gender-neutral body and facial hair removal, and skincare education. They received training and certifications as an esthetician from the Natural Touch School of Massage and Esthetics in Hickory, NC.
On Skincare Philosophy
"Skincare is multifaceted, just like humans are," Christine says. "Some people like to keep it super simple, and some want to be dedicated to their skin. One of my favorite parts of the job is helping educate clients to find what fits their budget and lifestyle."
Christine has been told they are a gentle esthetician because they don't use harsh exfoliation tactics but work with the skin gradually to achieve skin health over time.
On Finding Auroraflow
Christine is gender non-conforming and ecstatic about being part of a community that "supports a safe spa space for us." Finding Auroraflow wasn't just a career move. It was finding a place that genuinely reflects their values.
Outside the Spa
Christine is attending UNC Chapel Hill and loves sci-fi and fantasy, weightlifting, eating, watching anime, and traveling. They have a wife, Aria, and a wonderful pup named Hazel. Christine has also completed hands-on training with world-renowned Joelle on chemical peels specifically for skin of color.
