The Auroraflow Community Fund is a donation-based fund that supports clients who may not be able to afford some or all of the costs associated with their wellness needs.

The Community Fund, in addition to our Pay What You Can days, is the next step in Auroraflow's efforts to uphold our principles of creating inclusive and accessible care for all.

The Auroraflow Community Fund

Here's how it works

Submit a Consideration Form

Clients must submit a consideration form expressing why they wish to have access to the Community Fund. You will receive a decision via email from Auroraflow staff upon review. Pending approval, you will be added to our Community Fund Friends list.

Community Fund Friends List

Only clients who've been added to the Community Fund Friends list may access funds for Auroraflow services. As financial situations are open to fluctuation, there is no limit to how many times someone may submit a consideration form to be added to the list.

Monthly Appointment Openings

Each month, we'll note how many Community Fund appointments are available in our email newsletter and on social media. Since the fund is donation-based, the number of available spots may change each month. Appointments are offered on a first-come, first-served basis.

Everyone Hears Back

Clients will be responded to in the order we receive their expressed interest for a particular appointment. All clients should expect to receive correspondence from Auroraflow's staff, no matter whether they receive their desired appointment.

Round Up at Checkout

During your next visit, simply round up your appointment cost or add any donation amount at checkout. Our front desk team can apply it to the Community Fund on the spot. No minimums, no sign-up required.

Donate by Email

Email our Front Desk Manager, Sascha De la Sabia, at sascha@auroraflow.com with your name and the amount you'd like to give. Your credit card on file will be charged for your contribution. This option works great for one-time or recurring gifts.
