Therapeutic Massage

From $125 60, 75, or 90 min

Our therapeutic massages offer various benefits, depending on your goals and desire for pressure. You may choose to lean more towards a deep tissue approach (focused on working out tension), a Swedish massage (focused on relaxation), or a hybrid of the two.

If you are looking for a deep-tissue approach, your therapist will use firm pressure to massage deep layers of muscle and fascia (the connective tissue surrounding your muscle). This can also aid with breaking up scar tissue and breaking down muscle adhesions, aka "knots," that may inhibit our circulation and cause pain and inflammation.

Alternatively, Swedish massages promote relaxation and energize the body for overall health improvements. This includes movements like percussion, kneading, vibration, tapping, and rolling.

During your intake, please share your thoughts on treatment goals with your therapist. They will work with you to determine the best approach for your session.
