Cupping
Cupping is a gentle, traditional technique used to release tension, improve circulation, and support the body's natural healing process. We use silicone cups for this service.
This technique is available as an add-on during select bodywork sessions with Giules, Hayley, Brandon, or Omer. Clients often seek cupping for pain relief, stress reduction, injury recovery, or respiratory support. Circular marks may appear after treatment and typically fade within a few days.
Cupping is deeply relaxing and helps you feel lighter, looser, and more at ease.
It's often used for deep muscle tension, fascia restrictions, poor circulation, post-workout recovery, back and shoulder pain, and stress and anxiety.
