Prenatal massage is a safe and effective way for pregnant people to ease physical discomfort and support relaxation and well-being throughout pregnancy. This specialized massage is similar to a regular massage but is adapted to the unique needs of a pregnant body.

Please note: Prenatal massages cannot be offered during the first trimester.

Our trained prenatal therapists understand the changes that occur during pregnancy and customize their techniques accordingly. They know which areas to avoid and how to adjust pressure and positioning for the comfort and safety of both client and baby.

Prenatal massage is generally safe throughout the second and third trimesters, but we recommend consulting with your healthcare provider before booking, particularly in high-risk pregnancies or with certain medical conditions.
