Sports massage is designed for athletes and those with an active lifestyle. It is a more focused form of deep tissue massage that may concentrate on specific areas of the body, using a combination of deep and lighter techniques to loosen muscle knots, improve blood flow, and prevent lactic acid buildup.

Your therapist will evaluate your posture, the physical demands of your particular sport, and any past injuries, then concentrate on the areas most stressed by your activity. Techniques target muscle-tendon junctions to improve flexibility, speed up recovery, and help prevent future injury

Sports massage can be done with Ashiatsu for an extra price.
